Cancellation Policy

New Clients: A deposit is required to book any color services. Please note that there is a 20 minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after this grace period, a 20% fee will be applied, and you will need to reschedule your appointment. A 30% fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
